Kommentar zum Hotel: Das Aloha ist vollkommen zu Unrecht in vielen Foren schlecht bewertet. Kleine Mängel sind zb. das veraltete Mobilar, die schlechte Beleuchtung im Zimmer...aber Frühstück vollkommen ausreichend, sehr gepflegte Anlage, schöner Pool, tolle Lage und ausreichend Liegen. Das Aloha empfehle ich definitiv weiter, denn Preis-Leistung passen. Wer perfekten Luxus möchte, sollte ein anderes Hotel suchen. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Kommentar zur Buchung: Unkompliziert und klar strukturiert. Bezahlung und Abwicklung top. müsste eine Hotline für alle Länder geben, falls Probleme zu klären wären. Ansonsten, gerne immer wieder!!!

Kommentar zum Hotel: We had a perfect stay in alhoha except big question mark We moved on too another hotel in Lamai but noticed we had left our iPad behind in one of the two hotels in the room .So Sadly between the 2hotels it was not handed in when found..We can t blame Alhoha or The Grand Thia but between them as it was only taken out the case in the rooms for the children too play on.It would be a blessing too get it back where it belongs

A springbed for 14 days is not ok. +Clean hotel/rooms. +Nice and friendly staff +We had asked for no ground floor-and got 1st floor(UK) +OK food

Kommentar zum Hotel: The hotel is located almost at the end of Lamai s main street. The hotel is located right on the beach and the hotel have their own sunbeds for hotel guests. It is walking distance to Lamai center where there is everything you need as a tourist. We were four persons and had a family room with a double bed and two single beds. The room is large enough but is in need of freshening. The hotel staff at the front desk are pleasant but passive. The breakfast was OK but could be better.

Kommentar zum Hotel: Одно из лучших расположений на Ламае.Хорошие завтраки, отзывчивый персоонал,ухоженная территория. Уборка номеров как везде в тайланде поверхностная.Море отлично ,приливы - отливы для купания не заметны. Приезжаем в Алоху второй раз .

Kommentar zum Hotel: Wir waren vom22.02-10.03.2015 in diesem Hotel. Das einzige durch das dieses Hotel punkten konnte waren , die gute Lage ,der gepflegte Garten mit Pool und ausreichend Liegen. Die Zimmer,wir hatten Deluxe Seaview, waren okay. Gross und einen schönen Balkon. Das Bad war okay nur gab es an einigen Tagen abends kein warmes Wasser.Die Zimmer leicht abgewohnt aber das ist auch dem Klima geschuldet, und wer des öfteren in Asien Urlaub macht kennt das ja. Frühstück ging gar nicht. Total lieblos angerichtet. ab 09 uhr gab es Butter nur noch in flüssigen Zustand, da man sie ja auch in die Sonne neben dem Toaster stellen muss. wir haben 2 Tage im Hotel gefrühstückt danach nur noch außerhalb. Zu empfehlen Cafe 77 oder we will wait Restaurant. Alles in allem ist das Aloha Resort nur auf Grund Seiner Lage zu empfehlen, aber dafür ist es zu teuer. Über das Personal möchte ich mich nicht weiter aüßern ,nur soviel, die einzigsten die immmer nett und freundlich waren, sind die Reinigungskräfte [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Kommentar zum Hotel: We booked the family suite and after paying our deposit we were told it was unavailable so instead we had to book Grand Deluxe Suite, Seaview (2 Pax) & 1 Grand Deluxe, Sea view. We booked these because they were next to each other so our children would be close to us (they are 13 & 7 years old) ( This cost nearly double what we had budgeted for accommodation). Ordinarily I would have cancelled the booking and requested a refund but with 9 other family members staying at the resort we wanted to stay together. The rooms were ok, my husband and I had a lot of problems with our room. First night a fuse blew and we lost power, they moved us to another room overnight and I requested a refund for that nights accommodation and only received a cheap fruit platter. Once that was fixed the next day we packed up and moved back to our original room however we had a lot of problems with the door, it was very hard to open from the inside, often I thought we were going to pull the handle off and be locked in. I requested it to be repaired several times and nothing happened. The pool only had opening hours of 8am - 6pm. In a tropical climate that was pretty annoying when you go out sightseeing all day and want to have a swim when you get back you can t because the pool is closed. On a positive note, our cleaning lady was wonderful, very helpful and friendly. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Kommentar zum Hotel: Sawasdee Krub... Sawasdee Bee Mai.. my family has just finished our stay with you and are now back home. It was a fantastic holiday, and we had a great time with you. Your staff were all so happy, friendly and helpful. They got to know us, and got on so well with our children… at some stages our 2yr old son wasn’t happy, so one of the lady waitresses took him for a walk and looked at the fish… he loved it…. and we loved to see your staff doing that.. Every day they called us by our names, especially the kids… it was very nice of them. Even when our crazy friends left their passports in your safe and only realised when we were at the airport to fly home... my wife rang your reception to ask for help and get them driven to the airport, which we thought would be very hard to do being Songkran... but, your staff prevailed and our friends made the flight... well done to your team.. that was just awesome.... I m sure my friends will be thanking you... but I wish to thank your team very much…. it was a champion effort by your man who did this. Like I said, it was a super holiday, and without your staff it wouldn’t have been anywhere near as good. There are some things though that we feel let the resort down a little bit though... please don’t take these as criticism... but simply feedback on how things could be improved. It would be great to have ceiling fans in the dining area, it was often uncomfortable to eat in the area due to it being so hot even early in the mornings… and also in the bedrooms... constant exposure to air con in the rooms has made a couple of us sick, ceiling fans would be great there. The fruits served for breakfast need to be kept cold, they are not nice when eaten warm…the plates of fruit were just on the bench where it was hot and sunlight came in. The breads and cereals etc. should be moved away from the direct sun coming through the window, it made them go stale quickly. The hot food was often cold or luke warm as I think the bain maries weren’t set up properly to keep the food hot.. occasionally it was, but most of the time it wasn’t... this can lead to stomach disorders like diahorrea which I did experience. Good coffee is hard to find in all of would be great if you maybe had a couple of Nespresso machines to make proper Latte or Cappuccino coffee.. not expensive to buy... with the buffet breakfast, the juices were not real juice.. they were some kind of syrup with water... nice juice would be good The pool wasn’t cleaned whilst we were there..not that we saw anyway.. there was always sand in there, which is hard to avoid next to the beach, but we never saw it being vacuumed... and there was always algae on the tiles and even underwater on the light fittings... so it was in need of chlorine and algae treatment to be put in the water.. In the rooms, it was mostly great.. the inability of having 2 keys was very problematic though... the room could not be kept cool all day, due to only one key and having to take it with you when you go out, thus the room got terribly hot again... plus, if one person went out, then other family went out, only one key meant that someone couldn’t get back in the room until the next person came back with the key. The air-conditioning vents in the room had mould and algae in them and were constantly dripping water and had a very bad smell similar to drain pipes.... this can cause diseases. A larger fridge should be made available in the rooms too... especially for family rooms, but also anyone else….. many children will not eat Thai food, even some adults, and there is a real need to have other foods available, and kept cold… bottles of milk, bottles of water, juices, cold fruits and the like.. so that they can be fed during the day or night etc... and those little fridges do not hold many items at all. That is the end of my suggestions. Most of them are very important to western people and Europeans as well. It could deter us from coming back to stay with you again, as we hadn’t experienced it other parts of Lamai when have stayed 5 other times. Once again, thanks for the major part of our stay being fantastic with you… it is just these points that I think will make your resort so much better to stay at. Kommentar zum Hotel: The hotel was below my expectations,too old and looked like it needs a huge renovation.The room was clean,but the bathroom was full with mold and the tap was mooving around when I tried run the water,the lights did not give enough light.There was no safe in the room,they had an old fashioned locker-room-kind-of-safe at the front desk,but we had to take care of the key :( if loose-pay :) But the stuff was very friendly and helpful,the beachside was clean and if I would go back I would choose again this hotel(hopefully they are renovating the rooms till then ) [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]

Kommentar zum Hotel: Positiv überrascht. Das Zimmer war sehr gross und sauber! Das Frühstücksbüffet war ausreichend. Verschiedene Brote, Früchte, Müsli, Eier in allen Variationen und warme Speisen. Verschiedene Säfte, Tee und Kaffee. Super Strandlage, man konnte jeden Tag frische Badetücher für den Strand beim Pool abholen. Personal war jederzeit freundlich.

Kommentar zum Hotel: Не самая лучшая тройка на Ламаи. Территория небольшая, не ухоженная; в номерах мебель старая, белье серое и рваное, проблемы с горячей водой и канализацией. Проблемы с кондиционером, дважды за десять дней отключался,причем во второй раз из-за него отключилось все электричество в номере, наладили только утром следующего дня. Очень скудные однообразные завтраки. Из положительных впечатлений только уборка номера, всегда вовремя, ненавязчиво и добросовестно. [R24 integr.ERR:escaping]
