Kommentar zum Hotel: The overall facilities is well but only the attitude of a female receptionist is terrible. She even wanted to shout us before she understand what we are trying to say. We wrongly ordered the rooms to two instead of one with so we were asking her to change. She said no chance to change cause we booked through Therefore we used our own cell phone to make a call to and ask for help. When the coordinator called to the Calypzo 2 hotel, we could see the receptionist talking with her as we still stand at the front desk. Every after she hang up phone, her expression didn t look nice. After almost 10 minutes, the coordinator said the receptionist did not allow. So we end up with staying 2 rooms with paying a deposit $800 for each room which is not stated when we make the booking. I feel extremely disappointed to the attitude of the receptionist as she did not show professional service to us. Hotel is good but the service need to be improve otherwise will not stay again. We felt grateful that they still allow us to put our luggage in their luggage deposit after check out.

Kommentar zur Buchung: Thank you for the coordinator who help us to talk to the receptionist even though is unsuccessful. There will be better if will stated a deposit of 800baht will be needed when check in but will be refund when we check out.
